By booking our detailing services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. Services are performed as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in unsafe conditions or with excessive contamination.

Booking and Cancellations

Appointments require advance scheduling and may be subject to availability. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle Inspection

All vehicles undergo pre-service inspection. Customer must disclose existing damage prior to service. While we take utmost care, we're not liable for pre-existing conditions or concealed damage revealed during cleaning.

Service Limitations

Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age. Some stains or damage may be irreversible. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all imperfections but promise professional-grade service using industry-best practices.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept major credit cards and cash. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove personal belongings before service. We're not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please disclose any special concerns or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to service commencement.

Liability

While we exercise extreme care, X-treme Automotive Detailing is not liable for mechanical/electrical issues arising during service. Our liability is limited to the service cost. Claims must be reported before leaving our facility.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're unsatisfied, please notify us immediately for resolution. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours and are subject to manager approval after service evaluation.

Modification of Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of current terms. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the effective date clearly displayed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indiana state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in Allen County courts. Both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action for any service-related disagreements.
